Operative words

Section 1. The following Tier 2 public health restrictions and mitigations are instituted for Region 1 (Boone, Carroll, DeKalb, Jo Daviess, Lee, Ogle, Stephenson, Whiteside, and Winnebago counties), Region 2 (Bureau, Fulton, Grundy, Henderson, Henry, Kendall, Knox, La Salle, Livingston, Marshall, McDonough, McLean, Mercer, Peoria, Putnam, Rock Island, Stark, Tazewell, Warren, and Woodford counties), and Region 5 (...): Mitigation for restaurants and bars. Restaurants and bars in the region are subject to these restrictions and mitigation measures, which supplement the Phase 4 guidance from the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for Indoor and Outdoor Dining: All restaurants and bars in the region must [close at 11:00 p.m. and suspend indoor on-premises consumption].
