extends the expiration of drivers' licenses and identification cards of all Kansas residents... that expired or expire between March 12, 2020 and September 15, 2020 and who are unable to renew at a state driver's license examination office because of the state's response to COVID-19 (as recited in EO 20-70); extends deadlines to apply for motor vehicle titles.
