Operative words

Requires testing of adult care home staff and residents at minimum intervals based on county positivity rates (low, under 5 percent: once a month; medium, 5-10 percent: once a week; high, over 10 percent: twice a week), with outbreak testing every 3-7 days, screening of all staff each shift, residents daily and all persons entering the facility, restriction of symptomatic staff pending results, and CLIA-waiver or laboratory arrangements. 'It shall become effective on Monday, December 14, 2020, and remain in force until rescinded or until the statewide State of Disaster Emergency... expires, whichever is earlier.'
