[The state of disaster emergency]... extended and continued in existence by the state finance council on January 6, 2021, for an additional 16 days through January 26, 2021... is hereby ratified and continued in existence... through March 31, 2021.... No such extension granted by the state finance council shall continue past March 31, 2021.
