House Bill 2016 ratified the state of disaster emergency declarations issued by the Governor and continued in existence the disaster emergency declaration issued for all 105 counties of Kansas, from March 12, 2020, through September 15, 2020.... On September 11, 2020, the State Finance Council voted to extend the state of disaster emergency through October 15, 2020.... 1. Each Administrative Order listed below suspending statutes of limitation, statutory time standards, deadlines, and time limitations continues in existence under the State Finance Council's extension of the state of disaster emergency. 2020-PR-016; 2020-PR-031, and its amendments in 2020-PR-036; 2020-PR-032; 2020-PR-044; 2020-PR-046; 2020-PR-047; 2020-PR-055; 2020-PR-057; 2020-PR-058; and 2020-PR-075.
