This Emergency Public Health Order is effective the 7th day of February, 2021, at 12:01 A.M. to slow the spread of COVID-19 in Sedgwick County, Kansas pursuant to the authority provided in K.S.A. 65-119, K.S.A. 65-202... WHEREAS,... requiring that masks or other face coverings be worn in public, limiting the size of public gatherings, requiring social distancing, and placing certain other restrictions on act[ivities are necessary]... 'Retail store' means a business or organization that sells finished goods to consumers... 'Social distancing' means the physical separation of at least 6 feet between one individual and another individual.
