People riding on public transit must comply with social distancing requirements to the greatest extent practicable.... any individual entering the Commonwealth of Kentucky with the intent to stay is asked to self-quarantine for fourteen (14) days, unless traveling: a. When required by employment... 2. Persons who have tested positive for COVID-19, are presumptively diagnosed with COVID-19, or are exhibiting the symptoms... shall not enter the Commonwealth... 4. The provisions of Executive Order 2020-258 be and hereby are rescinded.
