On December 7, 2020... I issued an Order of the Commissioner of Public Health Regarding Scheduling and Performance of Elective Invasive Procedures, effective from 12:01 a.m. on December 11, 2020.... Accordingly, as its provisions are no longer necessary to protect patients and the healthcare workforce, or to conserve resources, I now RESCIND the Order of the Commissioner of Public Health Regarding Scheduling and Performance of Elective Invasive Procedures, effective March 1, 2021.
