This Amended Directive and Order replaces and supersedes the Directives and Orders Regarding Nursing Home Matters, dated June 15, May 04, February 11, 2021, December 8, [2020...] B. Facilities shall screen and admit all persons who enter the facility (e.g., staff, volunteers, vendors, and visitors) in accordance with the Centers for Medicare and [Medicaid Services guidance]... 4. Testing: Facilities shall follow all testing requirements as set out by CMS (Ref. QSO-20-38-[NH])... Note: Individuals that refuse testing may be required to go to and remain in places of [isolation or quarantine]... 8. Visitation [per CMS QSO-20-39-NH]; Note: All nursing homes are encouraged to request that visitors show proof of vaccination and to adopt visitation policies allowing fully vaccinated visitors access... 9. Vaccinations... 11. Termination: These Directives and Orders shall cease to have effect and be rescinded at 11:59 P.M. on December 31, 2021.
