Notes
Stage 1 (May 1): barber shops and hair salons, auto dealerships, car washes, drive-ins, golf, state parks, health care; Stage 2 (June 1): restaurants, retail, lodging for Maine residents, gyms (later deferred); Stage 3 (July 1): lodging for all under Keep Maine Healthy, indoor amusement, spas, charter boats under 50; Stage 4 (Oct. 13, 2020). The plan barred cruise or commercial passenger ships with more than 50 people for the summer.
