Operative words
retail establishments shall limit the number of customers in the store at one time to five customers per 1,000 square feet of shopping space, with no more than five customers in establishments with fewer than 1,000 square feet of shopping space.... Stores shall as soon as practicable post at customer entrances a notice informing customers of the store's shopping space square footage and customer limit, and actively monitor and enforce their limit.... II. All other requirements and standards set forth in pertinent Executive Orders, COVID-19 Prevention Checklists and Maine CDC and the Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) guidance remain in effect
