Operative words
The rules adopted by this notice are effective on August 17, 2021 and expire on December 10, 2021 unless the rules are withdrawn or amended. This rule amends the rule adopted on August 11, 2021. SUMMARY OF RULES: This rule governs public schools, including public charter schools in the City of Austin; and impose a requirement reasonably necessary to protect public health related to the transmission of COVID-19. This rule now includes public colleges.
