Executive Order 2020-08 is amended as to the following personal service businesses, retail businesses, and religious institutions, effective 7:00 am on Friday, May 29, 2020, as follows: 1. Barber shops and hair salons. Barber shops and hair salons may open at 50% of maximum occupancy, subject to the following conditions
