Operative words
(b) Except for the circumstances specified in Section 2, all businesses, facilities, commercial venues, and critical infrastructure sectors... shall require [face coverings].... (d) K-12 schools shall require Face Coverings be worn at all times in school buildings.

Notes
Supersedes and replaces Order 8 (June 28, 2020). Section 2 exemptions include persons working alone in separate office spaces or non-public workplaces with adequate area for distancing, who must be prepared to wear a face covering when interacting with others.
