Operative words
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEMPHIS that the various sections of this ordinance shall upon becoming effective as provided by law shall be and become a new Chapter under Title 9 of the Code of Ordinances... 1.01 This Ordinance shall be known as the Face Covering/Mask Ordinance.
