Operative words
1. Effective 8am on Friday, August 27, 2021 all employees of any business open to the public must wear masks at all times indoors regardless of vaccination status. This includes all Licensees issued a license by the Board including restaurants, bars, hotels, event spaces, and cannabis establishments. This requirement applies to private, invite-only events such as weddings at a licensed premise. 2. Effective Friday, August 27, 2021 all patrons of any business open to the public must wear masks while indoors unless actively eating or drinking regardless of vaccination status.... 5. Any tent with more than three (3) sides erected shall be considered indoor space... 6. Licensees may continue to operate with their approved capacity and there are no additional restrictions at this time
