WHEREAS, on September 29, 2020, Governor Baker issued COVID-19 Order No. 52 which regulates gatherings in Step 2 of Phase III... outdoor gatherings at event venues and public settings are limited to a maximum of 100 persons... in lower risk communities... and 50 persons... in communities that do not qualify as lower risk communities, effective October 5, 2020;... WHEREAS, Cambridge shares borders with surrounding communities... population also flows freely between Cambridge and the other communities in the Greater Boston metropolitan area (operative paragraphs on pp. 3-4 not transcribed; pp. 1-2 read)
Enforcement
Cambridge Police, Public Health Department and Inspectional Services; $300 fine (standard Cambridge enforcement clause)
Notes
Companion to the Oct. 2, 2020 order delaying Phase III Step 2 (Ex. 027); keeps Cambridge gatherings at the lower-risk-community ceilings of Order No. 52 notwithstanding the City's metrics. Pages 3-4 (operative caps) not rendered; drafters should cite the delay order (Ex. 027) for the closure effect and this order for gatherings by title and date.
Retrieval noteTitle page and recitals read; operative caps on later pages should be quoted from the exhibit before use.
