Operative words
1. The order entitled 'Emergency Order Extending Business Closure,' dated July 3, 2020, is hereby rescinded. 2. Those businesses and organizations who have been allowed to reopen through Phase II, Step II, following sector specific guidelines, and who have an approved Health and Safety Plan, shall be allowed to continue current operations. 3. Businesses and other organizations identified as 'Phase III Authorized' in the City's Phase III Exhibit A shall be allowed to open so long as they meet the other conditions in this order. 4. Businesses and other organizations identified as 'Phase III Authorized' shall be allowed to open upon City approval of a Health and Safety Plan
