Operative words
1. The order entitled 'Emergency Order Establishing Supplemental Restrictions in the City of Somerville,' dated December 15, 2020, is hereby rescinded. 2. Effective February 1, 2021, businesses and other entities in the City of Somerville shall adhere the capacity and operational limits set in the Commonwealth's COVID-19 Order No. 59. The capacity limits established in COVID-19 Order No. 59, as further modified herein, shall remain in effect in the City of Somerville unless and until this City order is rescinded or modified. 3. In addition, businesses shall adhere to the additional restrictions as set out in this Order's Appendix A. 4. All businesses and other entities in the City of Somerville shall continue to follow sector specific guidelines and operate pursuant to a Health and Safety Plan approved by the City.
