Operative words
EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 15, 2021... Rule 1: Businesses, operations, and activities.... Businesses shall refuse to allow entry to persons not wearing face [coverings]... Rule 2: Safer outdoors. All individuals currently within the County are [encouraged to use] outdoor spaces... Rule 3: Social gatherings. Indoor social gatherings of up to 5 persons are permitted and outdoor social gatherings of up to 10 persons are permitted.... Rule 4: Face coverings required. The requirements of Governor Ige's August 5, 2021, Proclamation, Exhibit A, as amended, are incorporated herein by reference.... Rule 5: Physical distancing. All persons shall maintain a minimum of six-feet of physical separation... Rule 6: County meetings or hearings.

Misdemeanor; fines up to $5,000, up to a year in jail, or both
