Operative words

Section 10. That this ordinance shall expire on October 7, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. unless rescinded, extended, modified or amended pursuant to applicable law.... Section 5. Violation of any provision of this ordinance may result in the suspension or revocation of the Certificate of Occupancy and/or any license or permit issued by the City in accordance with Sections 18-23 and 40-28 of the City's Code of Ordinances.
