WHEREAS, on November 13, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners, sitting as the Johnson County Board of Health, issued Public Health Order No. 002-20, limiting the size of public gatherings, ensuring physical distancing, and placing certain other restrictions on activities and businesses... which has expired; and WHEREAS, on March 25, 2021, the Johnson County Local Health Officer issued a Public Health Order requiring that masks or other face coverings be worn in public and that physical distancing be maintained in public... which the Board of County Commissioners approved and which now expires on April 30, 2021
