Operative words
c) For any Non-Essential office-based business, all indoor portions and operations must cease in-person operations until further notice. Non-essential office-based businesses whose operations require employees to work from an office worksite, and that this Order does not identify as an Essential Business, Healthcare Operation, or Essential Infrastructure, may operate via telework and for Minimum Basic Operations... n) Movie Theaters. Movie Theaters may reopen to the public at 25% of maximum indoor occupancy... Breweries, and Craft Distilleries may operate indoors at 25% of maximum indoor occupancy... open for delivery, drive thru, carry out, outdoor dining, and indoor dining at 25% of maximum indoor occupancy... Added specific protocol for Limited Services, Appendix W, for businesses that generally do not require close contact, such as laundromats, auto repair shops, residential and janitorial cleaning services, plumbers, general contractors, and other similar businesses.
