Operative words
All individuals who reside in the Los Angeles County Health Jurisdiction who have been in close contact with a person who was diagnosed with COVID-19... are required to quarantine themselves... you are required to self-quarantine (stay in your home or another residence, away from others).... When you are in quarantine, you may not leave your place of quarantine, except to receive needed medical care... a) Your quarantine can end AFTER Day 10 from the last time you had contact with the infected person... b) Your quarantine can end AFTER Day 7 IF you have a negative viral test result
