Operative words

the Safer L.A. Order, dated June 1, 2020 (subsequently revised), is temporarily withdrawn and superseded by this Order... all businesses within the City of Los Angeles are ordered to cease operations that require in-person attendance by workers at a workplace [except as permitted]... [gatherings with persons outside the] household are prohibited, except for outdoor faith-based services... All travel... is prohibited, subject to the exceptions in Paragraph V... [retail] indoor capacity to 20% of maximum occupancy... Professional services, such as legal, leasing [offices]... to 25% of maximum occupancy... The indoor portions of Fitness facilities are closed to the public until further notice... 15. Breweries and Wineries. Breweries and wineries are closed for in-person [service]... All City of Los Angeles piers are closed.
