Operative words

Unvaccinated individuals who have had close contact with a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 positive person must quarantine for at least 7 days and up to 14 days after COVID-19 exposure.... [contacts] in Congregate Care Facilities, correctional facilities, or dormitories must quarantine for 14 days after [exposure]... Vaccinated persons with an exposure to someone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 are not required to quarantine if they meet all the following criteria
