Operative words

As of March 31, 2021, Los Angeles County, including Long Beach, will be assigned the 'Substantial - Orange Tier' (Orange Tier) under the Blueprint. This Order is amended to align with updates to the Blueprint regarding gatherings. This Order takes effect on April 16, 2021 at 11:59 pm.... Indoor Private Gatherings are permitted at a maximum of 25% [capacity]... Occupancy at amusement parks and theme parks is limited to 25% of total park occupancy... 50% of total venue capacity where all attendees are either fully vaccinated attendees or [tested]... The sale or service of food and beverages, including alcohol, is prohibited for [indoor consumption at bars without restaurant permits]
