Operative words

1. Effective as of 6:00 a.m. on September 14, 2020, Emergency Orders 05-20 and 21-20, as amended, are cancelled.... 4.... All parks may be open only from the hours of 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.... No groups of 10 or more persons shall congregate together... competitions and league play are not permitted, except in the case of tennis, racquetball, softball and baseball, and if masks are worn by all players.... Bleachers shall not be open to spectators... Facial coverings shall be worn at all times... 5.... Tour boats and non-fishing charter vessels shall be limited to 50 percent of vessel capacity... Equipment rental is prohibited.... 6.... Indoor activities may be open, limited to 50 percent capacity of the facility... Usage of locker rooms and bag storage areas is prohibited.... 9. This order allows for operations of outdoor amusement and other outdoor recreational facilities and events at 50 percent capacity... Playgrounds and mechanical attractions are not permitted. Equestrian shows shall be limited to 100 horses or fewer... Outdoor amusement and outdoor recreational facilities with ancillary indoor attractions shall not operate such indoor attractions...
