3. Repeal and Replacement of Previous Orders. Palm Beach County Emergency Orders 20-018 and 2020-023 are hereby repealed. This action removes any County-ordered COVID-19 emergency restrictions on business operating hours. 4. Businesses that Remain Closed.... a. Bars; b. Nightclubs; c. Hookah, cigar, and other smoking bars and lounges; d. Auditoriums; e. Bingo Parlors; f. Comedy Clubs; and g. Concert Houses.... 7. This order shall be effective as of 12:00 p.m. on September 25, 2020.
