Operative words
WHEREAS,... Emergency Order 2020-012... This order, as extended, will expire on May 18, 2021 at 12:01 a m., unless further extended;... 2. Amendment to Subsection 4.b.... Facial coverings must be worn by all persons in public places where social distancing in accordance with CDC guidelines is not possible or not being practiced. Fully vaccinated people can participate in outdoor activities and recreation without a facial covering or mask, except in certain crowded settings and venues where there is a decreased ability to maintain physical distance.... 3. Other Provisions. All other provisions of Executive Order 2020-012, as extended by subsequent order, remain in full force and effect.... 5. Effective Date. This Order shall be effective as of 12:00 a.m. on May 1, 2021.
