Operative words

A Mass Gathering inside any property is permitted with ten (10) individuals or less not including employees.... A Mass Gathering outside is permitted with fifty (50) individuals or less... Limit indoor dine-in capacity to 25% of approved seating capacity... Customers may enter taverns only for the purposes of ordering, pick-up, and payment... This Order shall become effective Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. This Order shall remain in effect until February 10, 2021 at 12:01 a.m.
