Operative words

Gathering Size Limits are set at the lesser of: (i) 25% of the total occupancy... (ii) one person for every 30 square feet... or (iii) 10 people indoors... or 25 people outdoors... Restaurants... shall limit the total number of individuals on the premises to the lesser of 25% of the total occupancy... or one person for every 30 square feet... The limitation related to occupancy of the location shall be the lesser of 50% of the total occupancy... or any limits set forth in an individual's Restaurant and Bar COVID-19 Safety Plan... upon approval... Public and private K-12 schools shall remain closed for in-person pupil instruction and extracurricular activities until they have COVID-19 safety plans approved... This Order shall become effective at Thursday December 3rd, 2020 at 12:01 am.
