Operative words
On November 24, 2020 Governor Edwards announced new restrictions due to an increase of COVID-19 cases across the state. The City of New Orleans will follow restrictions for Modified Phase Two of the reopening of the City of New Orleans as outlined in the 'City of New Orleans Health Department Guidelines for COVID-19 Reopening - Modified Phase Two' dated November 25, 2020, effective as of 06:00 P.M. on November 25, 2020.
