[extended the emergency rule promulgated in Section 1 of Proclamation No. 02 CLS 2020 until 11:59 p.m. on April 17, 2020, extended the other additional measures promulgated by Proclamation Nos. 02 CLS 2020 and 03 CLS 2020 (which 'closed a number of Parish buildings and offices to the public') until April 30, 2020, and suspended certain procurement provisions (as recited in 10 and 20 CLS 2020)] SECTION 5: That the provisions of Division 2 and Division 3.1 of Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana are hereby suspended with respect to the procurement of any goods or services necessary to respond to this emergency.... SECTION 6: Except as otherwise provided in this order, these provisions shall be effective from April 9th, 2020 to April 30, 2020, or as extended by any subsequent proclamation
