Operative words

All employees and visitors who need to gain access to Jefferson Parish Government buildings and facilities will be required to wear a mask or face covering and undergo a temperature screening prior to entry. Additionally, the following protocols are implemented: 1. Jefferson Parish Transit Department (JeT): All riders must wear a face covering or mask upon boarding. Fare collection has been reinstated.... Meeting and study rooms will be open, but are subject to the capacity limitations established by the State of Louisiana for Phase 3.... 6. Citizens' Affairs: The Department of Citizens' Affairs will issue special event permits adhering to state guidelines which call for keeping 6 feet of social distancing.... these provisions shall be effective from November 6, 2020 to December 4, 2020, or as extended by any subsequent proclamation
