Notes

The airport-operator layer for the Portland metro: face coverings mandatory from summer 2020, terminal access limited to travelers, shops and restaurants closed. Also records the State positions that 'Oregon and Washington state do not require those entering the state to self-quarantine' and Alaska's 72-hour test rule.

Retrieval note

The Port's own statement of the airport rules (flypdx.com Coronavirus Updates); graded primary as an operator public notice; Parts of the FAQ text are interleaved by the PDF conversion; the quoted passages are legible in the exhibit.
