Operative words

SECTION 2. Effective immediately, the Orders and Advisories included in the April 30, 2020 Proclamation of the Mayor, are hereby terminated... The provisions of this Proclamation... shall continue in effect until 11:59 p.m. on June 8, 2020... SECTION 3. The Mayor supports and endorses the Pima County Regulations as adopted by the Pima County Board of Supervisors on May 13, 2020, and through this Proclamation confirms that the provisions of those Regulations apply within the City of Tucson and shall be in effect as provided therein.... SECTION 7.... limiting or prohibiting public access to public buildings and facilities... limitations on public attendance at Mayor and Council meetings... shall remain in effect until the termination of this emergency... the Manager remains authorized and directed to implement and enforce requirements that limit public access to buildings that are owned or leased by the City, which will include (but are not limited to) requiring visitors to wear masks or face coverings... Other than City Court, City buildings that have been closed during this emergency will remain closed to public access through June 8, 2020.
