Notes

Fixes the end date of Tempe's municipal closures (Mar. 19-May 15, 2020) and records the May 8, 2020 amendment; the recital that EO 2020-33 and 2020-34 'authorized certain retailers to resume operations in a limited capacity while still directing people to stay home to the extent possible' dates the local reopening to the State's steps.
