Operative words

Effective 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2020, all previous COVID-19-related Orders from the Health Officer, including the Health Officer Order issued on April 23, 2020 titled Omnibus Health Officer Order, except for the Orders issued on March 10, 2020 titled 'Addition of COVID-19 to the Reportable Conditions and Diseases List' and May 8, 2020, titled, 'Requirements for All Individuals Entering Certain Licensed Facilities and Other Agencies Who Are Not A Patient, Existing Resident or New Resident' are rescinded. Individuals and entities are directed to Executive Orders N-33-20 and N-60-20, and all orders issued thereafter, for restrictions on individuals and the operation of businesses.

Enforcement

Orders of the Health Officer enforceable by the Sheriff and all Chiefs of Police; violation a crime punishable by up to a $1,000 fine or imprisonment up to 90 days, or both (Gov. Code 26602, 41601; H&S 101029, 120295)
