Operative words

This Order shall be Effective 12:00 p.m. on July 2, 2020. The orders of the Health Officer dated May 29, 2020 are hereby repealed. Previously existing COVID-19-related Orders from the Health Officer, including the Orders titled 'Addition of COVID-19 to the Reportable Conditions and Diseases List' and titled, 'Requirements for All Individuals Entering Certain Licensed Facilities and Other Agencies Who Are Not A Patient, Existing Resident or New Resident' remain in effect.

Issued after the State's June 18, 2020 statewide face-covering mandate made the County's permissive order surplusage.
