Operative words

The Southern California Region remains subject to the Stay-At-Home Order. In response to the Stay-At-Home order the Court ordered the suspension of all new jury trials through January 29, 2021. The Court now finds it is necessary to extend the jury trial suspension order. Therefore, all new jury trials are suspended through February 26, 2021.... This order supersedes and replaces General Order 2020-75.
