Operative words
All facilities identified must verify vaccine status of all workers and have a plan in place for tracking verified worker vaccination status.... Acute health care and long-term care settings - asymptomatic unvaccinated or incompletely vaccinated workers are required to undergo diagnostic screening testing... at least twice weekly. High-risk congregate settings and other health care settings -... at least once weekly.
