C.... the Emergency Order, dated March 17, 2020, imposing a moratorium on evictions of small business and non-profit commercial tenants is hereby extended through January 15, 2022.... E.... Seattle City Light and Seattle Public Utilities will maintain flexible payment plan polices and to not resume disconnections for nonpayment through January 15, 2022.
