Operative words
County Executive Dave Somers announced the suspension of public access to many County facilities beginning March 17, 2020.... District Court: Until April 24, all civil and traffic matters, with the exception of protection orders and compliance hearings, have been suspended. Criminal matters are limited to essential motions.... What's closed until at least March 31, 2020: Restaurants, bars, taverns, and food courts... Entertainment facilities: theaters, bowling alleys, non-tribal card rooms, museums, and art galleries. Gyms and fitness centers. Tattoo parlors. Barber shops, hair salons and nail salons. Youth sports and youth clubs. All gatherings with over 50 participants are prohibited.... We are already hearing from the public that some businesses are not adhering to this order.
