Operative words

Term. This Order will remain in effect, without a specific expiration date, for so long as the threat of the pandemic continues... Initially the shelter-in-place orders generally required individuals to stay in their residences except for essential needs like grocery shopping, working in essential businesses, providing essential government functions, or engaging in essential travel. Over time, and based on health data and a risk analysis, the County allowed the phased resumption of some businesses and activities, consistent with the roadmap that the State [has established].

Enforcement

Misdemeanor (§ 120295 et seq.)

Notes
