DATE OF ORDER: June 11, 2021, updated July 8, 2021, July 20, 2021, and August 2, 2021... 3.b. Face Coverings. Because of the recent surge in the Delta variant, everyone, including people who are Fully Vaccinated, must wear a Well-Fitted Mask in indoor public settings as described in Appendix A to this Order. That Appendix lists exceptions when a Well-Fitted Mask is not required. All persons must also follow the Face Covering Requirements.... Under current federal law, when riding or waiting to ride on public transit people [must wear masks].
