[This Order implements] assignment of the County to the yellow tier (tier 4), based on minimal transmission of the virus, subject to certain further San Francisco safety restrictions based on local health conditions.... This Order replaces Order Number C19-07w, issued May 6, 2021. This Order also extends Order Nos. C19-04 (imposing cleaning standards for residential hotels) and C19-11 (placing Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center under protective quarantine)... This Order becomes effective immediately upon issuance and will continue, as updated, [until rescinded, superseded or amended].
