1. Rescind Portions of Salt Lake City Emergency Proclamation No. 2. Section 1 of Emergency Proclamation No. 2, which prohibits private or public mass gatherings within the boundaries of Salt Lake City, is hereby rescinded. Private or public gatherings will abide by any applicable restrictions on gatherings under the State of Utah's 'Utah Leads Together' plan.
