Wear a mask at all times in public and other settings outside your home where social distancing is not possible.... all businesses are advised to implement basic infection prevention measures... Encouraging telework whenever possible and feasible with business operations... Minimize travel outside of Missouri.... Category 1 County Action Plan: Extreme Risk... Business occupancy: Occupancy limits reflective of social distancing. Social group size: 10 or less.... Masks: Strongly advised in all offices and businesses where social distancing is not possible.... Local communities can establish higher, more stringent standards above the State's public health advisory baseline.

Enforcement

None; advisory ('We do not need to lockdown our communities if people do the right things')

Notes

The State's winter 2020-21 re-tightening was advisory; the mandatory re-tightening was local (St. Louis County Safer-at-Home Nov. 17, 2020; Kansas City Eleventh Amended Order Nov. 20, 2020; Columbia/Boone Orders 2020-14 through 2020-18).

Retrieval note

Cited as the State's own statement of expectations, never as a mandate.
