Operative words

On May 4, 2020, Governor Michael L. Parson issued Executive Order 20-10 extending Executive Order 20-04 until June 15, 2020. In conformity with this Order and to assist individuals and entities regulated by the Department, the Director is extending the application of Bulletin 20-05 until June 15, 2020. All insurers, including health carriers, are strongly encouraged to extend grace periods until June 15, 2020.... notice is hereby provided that the Department will rescind Bulletin 20-05, and the extension provided herein, effective June 15, 2020.
